Associated with the Waterworks of the City of Krakow since 1986, currently as the Production Director. During the construction of the Thermal Waste Processing Plant employed at Krakow Municipal Holding S.A. as the Commissioning Director, and then as the Deputy Director. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Cracow University of Technology. He also completed many post-graduate programs, including an MBA in Public Management organized by the Krakow Business School at the Cracow University of Economics. He combines his professional career with scientific and didactic activities at the Faculty of Environmental and Energy Engineering of the Cracow University of Technology. In 2019, he became the President of the Management Board of the Polish Foundation for Trenchless Technology. He is the author and co-author of several dozen articles published in scientific or professional journals and in conference materials.
